When you use this site, we collect only the following data, via the contact form:

• ›First and last name
• ›Email address
• ›Content of the message or request

No banking data is stored on our servers. Card pre-authorisations (imprints) are handled by our secure payment provider.

3. Purpose of processing

The data collected is used exclusively to process your booking requests and to contact you back regarding your request. It is not used for commercial or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

4. Data retention period

Your personal data is kept for a period of 3 years from your last interaction with GT Location, unless otherwise required by law. At the end of this period, your data is securely deleted.

5. Your GDPR rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679), you have the following rights:

• ›Right of access : obtain a copy of the data concerning you.
• ›Right to rectification : correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• ›Right to erasure : request the deletion of your data (the "right to be forgotten").
• ›Right to data portability : receive your data in a structured, readable format.
• ›Right to object : object to the processing of your data.
• ›Right to restriction of processing : request the suspension of the processing of your data.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, the French data protection authority) via www.cnil.fr.

6. Data sharing

Your personal data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with technical providers strictly necessary for the operation of the service (hosting, booking processing, payment), in compliance with the GDPR. If you accept audience and advertising measurement, an advertising click identifier along with the amount and date of your booking are sent to Google (Google Ads) and to Meta (Facebook, Instagram), so that we can measure how our campaigns perform. That information contains neither your name, nor your email address, nor your phone number.

7. Cookies

This site uses essential technical cookies for the site to function properly (session management, security). It also uses audience and advertising measurement cookies (Google Ads, Meta), but only if you accept them. Until you accept, none of those cookies is placed on your device. If you refuse, nothing is sent to Google or Meta.

Only the essential technical cookies require no prior consent, in accordance with CNIL guidelines. You can change your choice at any time through the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.

8. Data security

GT Location implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted using the HTTPS protocol.
